Jimmer Time

Jimmer Fredette and the Sacramento Kings were in town last night to take on the Washington Wizards. Dan was able to get the Ernst and Young box at the Verizon Center and we went down to the game with a group of friends from the ward. The game wasn't very exciting--both teams have losing records, but the kids were happy to be there. Any sporting event is more fun when it's live!

Logan made a poster and hung it in front of the box seats. It said "UNFREDETTEABLE". He couldn't figure out why the Wizards cam never showed him and his friends. I explained that it may be because he has a poster for a player on the opposing team. I'm sure Jimmer's team is used to his "mormon"-support-squad at any away game, but I think the Wizards were totally befuddled. Who is this guy and how did he get all of these fans?

Luckily, Jimmer got some playing time and we got to see him score 8 points.

Robert, Adam, and Logan ate their way through the game--hot dogs, chips, sprite, pretzels  and             pop corn. Oh yum!
The female contingent: Stephanie Mueller, Jenna Little and Laurie Ford.

Logan hangs his sign for Jimmer.

Kurt and Dan strike a pose.

John Candland is apparently enjoying the game--Matt Little--not so much!

Mikelle and Morgan felt seriously outnumbered by all of the boys.

Here we are: Dan, me, Mikelle and Logan.

  1. Looks pretty cool. You elitist and your box! I will probably never be in a box except if you count my coffin :)
