Operation Boo!

The kids always look forward to "boo-ing" a few friends around Halloween time. They used to care a lot about what kind of treats to give their friends, but now they are more worried about the covertness of the operation. Tonight we had hoodies, masks, and eye-black...all so that if they are caught, they can't be recognized.

The first house they "boo-ed" was Gavin and Colin's house, at the end of our cul-da-sac. They dropped the treats and ran....but no one came to the door. Very disappointing.

Next, to the Schnelzer's house next door. Once again, they dropped the treat and ran around the side of the house. They heard the door open and Pauline obviously saw the treat and yelled out, "Thank you!" The big kids were just about to breathe a sigh of relief, for a successful operation, when E yelled back, "You're welcome!"

                                                                 Ready to rock...

                                                                It's boo-time!
